I am not pregnant yet but we will be trying soon and Im trying to 'attempt' and have a slight plan of how much of out pocket expenses I may have with private health insurance (St Lukes hospital cover 500)
I am opting for a C section (due to family history and personal issues) and I have always been swayed towards Calvary Hospital as that is where my grandmother passed away so I sort of feel the closest to her there.
Has any local Hobart people got any advice on out of pocket expenses (a rough cost of what I should have in the bank before dr appts start eventually)
and which hospital out of Calvary and Hobart Private.
