Yay newbee...a boy!
We are still I the dark about the gender....my OBGyn knows...and I want to find out....just waiting to ask....
meanwhile, we can't decide on names!!!! Boohoo...first world issues!

thanks everyone we have had our girl name picked for years and we picked our boy name probably a week after we knew we were pregnant! so at least that's one thing ticked of our list!! now to hit the shops and get everything for our little man so exciting! hope everyone is doing well

Shopping when you know the gender is fun though I have had to stop myself from going overboard , it's so easy! Not going to buy much more clothes unless on sale and in larger sizes as I have a big family and can see lots of gifts coming . I think we have decided on a name well it was more that I did though hubby had a different name he liked which I also liked but was way too common. Was going to give her a middle name being my mums but don't know if I will now as his mum has been asking if it be after her argh wish people would just leave it up to us! On another note I put my trackies on this morning and they are too tight

Hi Ladies, congrats to all of you! Sorry for hijacking this thread but I have a quick question.
Did any of you have the flu shot for this pregnancy or another? If so, how did it affect you and if not, why? Mothersafe say you should definitely but people have mixed views.

I had one Rachael, was advised to by my GP. It was early in, about 6 weeks I think. I felt perfectly fine afterwards and baby is perfect, almost 22 weeks now.

I had one Rachael. I waited till 12 weeks to do it. My gp advised me to do it.

I had a flu vaccine at about 12 or so weeks, no side effects at all Rachael
