    Default Sleeping during the day.

I have a 4.5 week old boy who is bf and always seems to have an upset stomach and only has a poo every 2 days. He seems to sleep well at night but I find it hard to put him down for naps during the day. He will be fine in his bassinet for around 10 mins then scream and writhe in pain and want to be fed again. How can I relieve his pain and how can I get him down to sleep? What do you do?

That's actually normal behaviour. Try wearing bubs in a carrier or sling to sleep. Both my girls were day sleepers in the car capsule, pram or carrier till 6mths old.

You could try warming up the bassinet with a warm hot water bottle before putting him down.

Btw its normal for bf babies not to poo for up to ten days.
