    I've never had any either thankfully, but when DH used to get them on his neck, I would put a warm washer on to soften the area and then tweeze them out. It was such a feeling of great satisfaction when I got those suckers out!

    You have to dig. The only times I didn't dig (because they were in places I didn't notice) I have ended up with permanent cysts.

    I get them from waxing if I don't exfoliate properly about a week after never have an issue with areas I've shaved.

    I pick them out with a splinter probe than tweezer them, I haven't noticed any since I started exfoliating after waxing though.

    But then I thought I was just weird cause I also don't mind popping zits either haha I know gross but DH gets some pretty epic back ones and I have no worries getting right in there and popping away

    Yea I go at them with tweezers but then I end up with little spot scars!

    I was told first to exfoliate every day and then told not to as it stimulates growth and more will turn up!

    I stopped getting my legs waxed because of ingrowns.
