Default Can I be an ap while being a full time working mum

How does it work when my child is in daycare and they don't follow ap?

i work full time so my DD is in care 12 hours per day x 5 days per week. I only get to spend an hour a day with her. How an i maximise my ap time with her.

I've always been reluctant to apply the term AP to myself but there were a couple of things I did when I had to return to work full time when my DS was only 8 months old.

    - Co-sleep. If I can't be with him during the day I'm going to be with him during the night.
    - Bath or shower together
    - Make sure you spend some good quality time together each day and make sure that time includes at least 1 good belly laugh out of you baby
