I'm about to start my second round of clomid as soon as AF arrives in about a week's time.
My 1st clomid cycle I was 8mm one folicle on cd9 and then at 16.7mm on cd15 that was on 50 mg of Clomid.
Im not sure if its working or not FS said that it was doing what i should but a little slow.
Fingers crossed that this round will work.
Does anyone know what levels everything should be at and when?
Good luck to everyone else trying.

I only had the one folicle the 1st round. I had a the progesterone tested and was a little low. E2 (estrogen) level was at 680 but needs to be at 1000 - 1200 at ovulation and LH was getting there but a little behind also.
Due to do the 2nd round in a week or so fingers crossed it will work a bit better this time if not FS said he would increase the dosage which makes me wonder if side effects would be worse @50 mg didnt seem to worry me.

Yes the estrogen levels were from blood test on day 15 and also had ultrasound that day too. I had blood test & Ultrasound done on day 9. Had to take the Clomid day 2 - 6.
Didn't get as far as the blood test 7dpo as had decided to put TTC on hold for a few months.
So should you get a blood test again 7dpo?
