    Chicken and cracked pepper ravioli that I got from the markets on the weekend. Trying to decide on what sauce to make, after thinking about the items I have in the fridge I am thinking of roasting some cherry tomatoes, bacon, garlic and a touch of cream.....

    Oh it went well! Wasn't 'beer-y' at all but it gave it a slightly different taste to wine.
