    Made chicken parmas (with ham as well as the cheese and napoli sauce- gotta have ham on my parma) Served with chips & baby carrot.

    Creamy garlic and red capsicum pasta, honey and garlic roasted pumpkin and steamed veggies.

    I like it occasionally when hubby isn't home and I can cook exactly what I want and don't have to worry about pleasing his taste buds :-)
