    DH was out, so it was supposed to be tuna mornay (because he hates tuna), except my baby brain forget there was no tuna in the cupboard and I didn't realise until too late. Luckily found some leftover chicken in the fridge, so chicken mornay instead!

    Chicken marinated in lemon and thyme with sautéed tomato, ribboned zucchini, edamame peas and fetta. All organic tonight. Yum.

    Grilled lamb chops, roasted fennel and zucchini with garlic and thyme with carrot and potato mash.

    Probably didn't need the mash but damn....it was good.
