    Default Another name. To close?

Last night I found another name that I am loving. Only problem is that it is close to my second sons middle name (that I wanted to be his first name and have regretted using as his middle name since finding out this one is a boy) Just want to know what you think of it and would you use it?

The name is Xavian. DS middle name is Xavier but I never call him it. I would probably use Xavian Alexei.

Do you like it? Is it to close?

For me it would be too close... But, I often call my DD by her first and middle name together, so that is what would make it odd I guess...

Personally I would call your baby Xavier. It's your DS middle name, they would have different first names which is what we use anyway. Middle names only ever come out here when they are in trouble.

Not too close IMO. I think Xavian Alexei sounds really nice, especially with your other children's names!

This. Its also a nice way to link them together. My girls both have the same middle name, but we were toying with the idea of giving dd2 a revised version of dd1 first name.

I think it would be fine. It's not like you really use middle names apart from the official stuff.

I'd still use it and did! DD3s first name is similar but different to DD1s name.
