My first birth experience was very traumatic and had left me feeling really scared of my second birth coming up. I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins and I'm scared of going into premature labour but I'm also scared of the planned c-section.
I have started to look into hypnobirthing to help me feel more in control and calm.
Can anyone give me some advice on where to find good info? I'd also love to hear stories from anyone who had a traumatic previous birth experience but had a positive experience next time with hypnobirthing.
