I joined the gym about 3-4 weeks ago, and have done about 1 cycle (RPM)class a week. They are full on work outs. You sweat, puff and get completely exhausted (until you get the endorphin high :-) )
Is this safe in the TWW given i'm not really conditioned to this exercise? I love it and want to get and stay fit but not sure if its safe yet

I'm giving the gym a miss tonight. Would worry too much esp for a cycle class, and DF isn't home yet so missed it anyway!
Excessive worry is good for nobody

I am personally not changing anything, I figure when I actually have my bfp I can change my ways. I guess it's good to just do what you feel comfortable doing.
From a medical pov sorry I'm not sure.
Good luck for your bfp and your fitness journey.

If u already got an exercisr regime happening when u r pregnant u can keep going. But I've read u shouldn't start a strenuous one once u are.

If u get pregnant and already started like u said u should be able to keep going moderately. Your gym should be able to advise u.

Maybe chat to your dr. The only exercise my dr bans is cycling due to the added heat. I figure though if its only one class a week and it is something you regularly do you should be fine! Good luck on your journey.
