Bubs is 4 weeks on Saturday and I have made the decision to wean her off the breast for several reasons.
How did you wean your baby onto formula? Did you start introducing one bottle a day? How long did the process take?
Also, how did you start to reduce your milk?

I am no help with weaning but with the milk it was extremely painful for me and I had to express Everynight for a week......I had milk dripping in the shower for 6 months after as well. But that was for 6 months of breast feeding so I would of had a bigger milk supply. It possibly will be easier for you....

I went cold turkey after 4mths of breast feeding. Dd was getting formula top ups after every feed from 3 mths. I just kept increasing the top ups. I never had much of a supply so I never bothered to pump ect.
If ur wanting to reduce supply just pump when ur uncomfortable, just take the top off. This will tell ur body not to produce as much next time.
