    Default Pressure cooker recipes

So I was given a stove top pressure cooker for mothers day and am now looking for recipes.

If you want to share your recipe that would be great.

    I'll start.

    Beef curry

    500 gm cubed beef
    1 large onion
    2 tsp crushed garlic
    1 large Tbs curry powder
    1 Tbs wholegrain mustard
    1 jar tomato pasta sauce
    1 can coconut cream

Brown off first 3 ingredients in olive oil, then add next 2 and fry off. Stir though the sauce and cream.

Cook on high pressure setting for approx 15-20 minutes.

I love my pressure cooler, so quick and easy. The tastes that come out of it are sensational! My mum gave me a recipe book called The Pressure Cooler Cookbook, by Suzanne Gibbs (she's Margaret Fultons daughter!), and its got some delicious ones in it. Will come back when I get on the laptop and type some nice ones out, my fatty fingers suck on my phone, lol!

Yes I have. First time I did it, it burnt, second time I did it I turned the heat down a bit and it was ok, it started to stick by the time it was done but I caught it just in time. I have made this one quite a few times now.

A for attaching photos I have an Android and there its a picture of a little camera next to the discard button,, click that and choose gallery, find your photo, and you should be able to do the rest, as for iPhone or computer you might have to look in the "how to guides" section.
