I went paleo, so grain free and natural healthy fats due to PCOS and infertility. I lost fat, gained lean muscle, lost my joint pain and meds, lost my migraines and meds, lowered cyst numbers and symptoms, skin irritations and meds gone, IBS and meds gone too, cholesterol and triglycerides all balanced and voided the need to start meds and I am now 7 weeks pregnant.

    Worked for me too...i'm pregnant!!!

I wasn't allowed to try for 3 cycles as per by naturopath to allow my body to heal from the damage that gluten has done. First cycle ttc since and we are utd. So so happy.

It is still early days but this is amazing progress for us.

I've just come across this thread (I inow it's a few months old now!). Great to hear of your successes with going gluten free. I'm about 3 weeks into gluten free and I'm hoping that it might help us get a BFP after 10 months TTC
