    Default cow's milk?

    If you decide to breastfeed your baby 12mths and beyond when do you introduce cow's milk? Do they even really need it?
    When would you start putting it into their cereal?

    I give cows milk with cereal from 7mths ish and cows milk instead of bf for the feeds I miss due to work from 12mths.

    I hate expressing.

    I kept bf-ing dd1 till 19mths but she had cows milk from 11mths.
