Reasonably priced holiday care and holiday care that has a later than 6pm pickup

Govt funded 12 month maternity leave (well I don't need it, but many working mothers DO need this)

A portable sick leave, redundancy and long service leave fund like what the building industry has

Salary sacrificing like what the medical and health services have

More weeks in my days and more days in my hours

    - to have hubby here in the mornings. I find it hard to get ready on time especially when I'm feeding bubba still
    - to have an ironing lady/man (already have a cleaner)
    - I would love it if bubba could have his own cot room at daycare, sharing with others they can't really run his naps the way I would (just found out they have started patting him to sleep as he talks when they first put him down and they don't want him to wake other bubbas up).
    - to have one day off a week and still get paid (I work full time).

Heck I should just win lotto so I won't have to work again.

This would have been very handy when my bub was younger. Expressing is a pain...

Oh and I think parents should have triple the amount of paid sick leave as the rest of the population!
