We have just recently started BLW which is going great, and I've been offering DD,6.5 months, a cup of boiled (cooled!) water to sip with her meal...it's been 5 years between babies so I'm not sure what the go is now in regards to boiling it/not boiling... can I just give her tap water now? Thanks

We just went straight to tap water around 7 months as that's when he started solids properly.
We also used it in his bottles from about then, maybe 8 months.

I have been told from dr's and nurses tap water from 6 months is recommended. I usually still used boiled water for bottles or even just filtered if i have no cooled boiled water from that age.
