We just found out that our little poppy seed is a girl.. YAY!! I thought that would help to narrow it down with the short list of names as we now can focus knowing its a girl. But it hasn't.
We are so confused about names. I love just about all names I hear, they are all so pretty and unique and lovely I just can't choose anything. DF hates everything I suggest and has his heart set on Charlotte. Which I like but I don't love enough to lock in.
Our shortlist looks like so..
Rylea was also on the list but I keep changing my mind over it. I think I liked it better for a boy.
We have a short surname so I'm worried short first names sound a bit funny with it.
Any suggestions are welcome! I get do lost in baby name books and after a while they all start to look the same. : /

I like all of them except Parker and Mason. They're boy names to me.
Yay for a girl!

Love Charlotte, Paige & Grace - however I now know too many Charlottes!

I love Paige. I can't use it because we have friends with a daughter called Paige. She's a little cutie
Yay!!! Girl!!! I find girls' names much easier than boys' names. Charlotte is also lovely (Charlie for a nickname).
How about some variations on the names you already have on your list: e.g. Lilliana, Charlise
There's a great website called Nymbler (www.nymbler.com), where you put in names you like & it generates a list of similar sounding names.
It is so much fun!

I love the name Paige. I know a little Charlotte who is the sweetest thing! I agree with Parker and Mason having a more masculine ring to them, but then again Madison and Meredith were once boy's names and then the more common Billie, Charlee etc....
The only Graces I have ever met were not very "graceful" so I'm afraid that name has been a little damaged for me.
I have a short surname too so we used shorter first names (2 syllables) with a longer middle name (3 syllables) before hitting our 1 syllable surname!
