Crofty- hope she gets back to you first thing in the morning. I emailed Dr M directly today regarding my steroid dose and he got back to me within 20mins. I try not to do it as I am sure he doesn't want us all emailing him directly but really couldn't wait any longer. I guess you always have that option if you don't hear from Gwen in the morning. Hcg numbers looking good

Im useing 40mg of Clexane... Think thats just a normal dose.
Do you girls have any immune problems in your family? My grandmother had Lupus and probably endometriosis... A lot of endo women will get immune problems later in life ... Like arthritis and lupus...
Maybe thats what the doctor is looking at when deciding the doses...
Our 5 embies are all doing fine... Hoping to have 2-3 blastocysts . Will then put them all back up

Good news about your embies B123. My brother has iritis and his son has inflammatory bowel disease, so definately a family connection. I have come across the long list of possible future immune diseases for woman with endometriosis and it doesnt look good. Hopefully the fact that we are on the look out now for immune issues means early detection and early intervention.

Another quick update...heard heartbeat!!! 110bpm bubs looking good, however started bleeding just before appt. wazza could see our baby, but a tear or rupture near outside of placenta...threatened miscarriage, rushed in for emergency intralipid now and 2 weeks at least of bed rest, no work or even moving out of bed other than to shower or loo, said you have to act like you are in a hospital bed only lying or sitting up in bed...so been very dramatic, but he said our chances are good I just need lots of rest and mum to move in to care take or me stay with her...he moved mountains to get me into hospital this arvo, most incredible doc...called Gwyneth and waiting to see what dr m says. Increased progesterone to 400 x 4 a day and added other drugs I will detail later. xx

My younger brother has multiple sclerosis and both my mum and her sister have had transverse myelitis (milder, non permanent form of MS). My aunty on my Dad's side had trouble with miscarriages (ended up adopting) and has hypothyroidism.
Hopefully these immune treatments can get us over the line and gives us our much longed-for bubbas
