Apologies if this has been done before.
I'm getting a thermy in 5-6 weeks
weve been saving for what feels like forever. Dh wants to know that I'll use it every day.
Can anyone offer tips and suggestions (or recommended recipes) that will help me use it daily?

I've had mine over a year and went through a stage of barely using it.
Lately I've been using 2-3 times a day and actually want another jug!
This is what I've made over the last few weeks
Preparing veg. - onions, garlic, carrots etc for bolognaise etc
Steaming Veg (if you have the varoma)
Kids snacks - muesli bar, Anzacs etc
Yoghurt!! Made it on the weekend and it's amazing!
Sauces - gravy, hollandaise

Today I have made a chocolate cake, dinner (satay chicken and rice) and CADA for dessert. We made yoghurt on the weekend and plan on making that every 7-10 days. Bread is easy to make, custard for desserts. We purée whatever we are having for dinner for dd. I currently use it multiple times a day. Obviously there will be a day or two every now and again that I imagine I won't use it if we are busy out or are eating leftovers but I def think it is easy to get your money's worth out of it.

Cakes, muffins, biscuits, bliss balls
Bechamel sauce for a pasta bake/lasagne etc
Sorbet/gelati for dessert
I hardly ever use it for a full meal but I do use it every day. Today it was just a smoothie but normally it's a few things.

How exciting! You won't be short of ideas! There are loads of blogs, FB pages & twitter groups you can follow. Sign up & you will be bowled over daily by loads of fabulous ideas. I juice/smoothie in mine, so it gets a minimum of one whirl a day, but usually 2-3 times. Probably 4-5 times a day once bub comes along!
