Good morning gals!
It's so great to see everyone posting in here, this is just the motivation and kick I needed. Feels brilliant knowing that we're all doing this together
I have added the new names as well, so pleased to see so many are joining in.
I've started the day with a glass of water with lemon juice and will be having a weightloss shake soon, DS was up all night sick and I've kept him home from school so I couldn't get out for my walk earlier as planned, but I'll try and squeeze in my hour walk at some point today.
Back later to post my food diary

So far today I have had my healthy mummy smoothie and completed 50 squats and 40 push ups. My goal is to start with 50 of these each day plus 50 ab crunches for a week then increase next week.

Thanks for adding me marigold.
I'm 168cm and my current stats are:
Goal for this challenge: 60kg or under
Ultimate Goal: 57kg (pre-DS1 weight)
I'm bf'ing and still establishing supply, so am not going to diet or restrict anything too much, I more want to focus on eating healthily and getting more active.
By the end of this challenge I would love to be under 60kg. The biggest issue I have is staying motivated - for some reason as soon as I see the number on the scales going down I feel like I can relax and eat more, undoing all my good work!

Good morning everyone. May I join too?
(I am also in the 30 day squat challenge and I used to post in the "Let's get moving" thread, but that one has dried up).
Decemberbubba, I can relate to your story, except my DD (third and final baby) is 9.5 months old (eek) and the weight has hung around way too long this time.
Pregnant with DD, about 75kg, In Jan 2013, I was 69.5kg, end of Feb was 66.7kg, am today 65.5kg. GOAL: 59.99999kg (I want to see that 5!) But, 63 would be great in the 6 week time frame.
I am having lots and lots of hot water with lemon, and I have found Country Cup Tom Yum soup has 77 cals and it is a treat for mid-morning. Diet coke once a day also. I like Serena Tuna for lunch with salad greens.

Can I join in too?
I weighed in at 92.1kg this morning. I've been hovering around 91 - 92 for months now and I need to get to 85 at the very least, ideally closer to 80. Right now, 85 seems fantastic. My dd is now 19 months and I was 88kg before I got pregnant and got back to that soon after delivery, but then the weight crept back on.
This is an interesting article about a weight loss app (not yet available) - http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/hea...-1226640935866 I think I'll just try & take a photo before I eat anything and see how I go. I think it might help.

I'm so glad that you posted a pic of your food, I like to post foodie pics as well but I seemed to be the only one doing it in the last challenge I took part in on here so I stopped, lol.
But now that I've seen yours I'm going to start doing mine, as well
