Weighed today and at today's unofficial weight my total weightloss is 5kgs, from 4.6kgs. But we will see what the scales say on Monday.
My wisdom teeth get pulled in less than two weeks :/ what do you eat then?

Sounds great on the weight loss front. Congratulations.
Ive had all my wisdom teeth out and for the first day you might just have liquids or whatever. But after that as long as you stay on the pain killers it shouldnt be to uncomfortable. Its remembering to take them every 4 hours.. if you forget it can get quite bad.
I didnt have any trouble with mine and DH had two of his out a couple of months ago and was fine aswell..
Good luck with it. X

I can't follow large threads. I forget where I last read and where the topic is up to So I'll just make this contribution given that I'm on the list and that's it.
Just wanted to mention that I completely cleared my pantry of processed foods, have stuck to the water with the exception of one coffee in the morning, put my favourite jeans on a hanger on a wall where I can see them and have been walking daily.
DH very supportive and we walk together in the morning. I don't own scales but I've lost 2cm off the waist and 1cm off the bust line. I also took a ''before'' photo and in 6 weeks' time will take an "after" photo.

FB shake for breakfast
morning snack: 2 cruskets with cottage cheese & tomato
FB shake for lunch
arvo snack: 2 rye crackers with cream cheese spread and a cup-a-soup; according the fatblaster meal plan I'm only meant to have a shake for my arvo snack, but I was hungry and wanted something edible, lol..
Dinner- 2 small vegie quiches- I had another shake right before dinner and I'm so surprised at how filling they are!
No excercise today, but my food has been fine so I'm not stressing. Tomorrow I'm going out for a walk first thing.

A great day for you, Marigold.
LifeInShadesOfGrey, wow, 5kgs gone! That is really great.
A funny week for me. Weight still up from last week and I have been exercising more and have been okay with food. I'll have to remain positive. Some weeks are better than others. Have a good day everyone.

Hmmm. Scales this morning are showing that I'm a kilo down. I highly doubt that I could have lost a kilo in 2 days? I know that the FB shakes promise rapid weight loss, but I'm not convinced yet; I'll weigh in on Monday and we'll see.
About to head out for my walk, will do an hour fast paced.
How's everyone going?

Hi everyone, I've been going pretty well. Have managed to go for my morning walk Monday and Tuesday, planning a quick walk this afternoon if the weather clears up. Food as been ok - but the weather has been a bit cold and dreary which makes me want to eat, eat, eat! Instead of just 1 piece of rye toast with hommus yesterday I had 3
Marigold - 1kg in a few days - wow! Hopefully you see the results your after on Monday
LifeInShadesOfGrey & littleriv - this is why I've stopped weighing every day - the numbers can vary so much from day to day! Keep on track and I'm sure you'll see losses on Monday.

Ill reply in full to everyone soon.
Going shopping tonight and want to buy some shakes to try. Just unsure what to get.
I'm still so stuck for breakfasts and lunches. I always get so distracted looking after dd and housework and forget to eat, then binge eat. I need quick and easy breakfasts for me, and lunches. But most importantly breakfasts.
