Blergh.. these fat blaster max shakes taste horribleI usually don't mind meal replacement shakes but these are different and taste awful to me. The have some fancy stuff in it called 'Svetol' (a deccaffeinted green coffee bean, the active ingredient in it being something called Chlorogenic acid) so maybe that's what the odd flavour is
Gah, how am I meant to down 3 of these shakes a day? lol...

Weight this morning was 92kg, so a loss of 1.6kg this week and total loss of 3.8kg for the challenge. Quite happy with that. And 2 weeks without confectionery chocolate or icecream.
Some great losses happening, well done. and remember, any loss no matter how small is still a loss and one step closer to your goal.

Thanks for all the kind words and encouragement ladies. I was feeling very woe is me this morning, and like the effort I was putting in wasn't paying off. BUT - I got off by behind, got DS1 in the pram and DS2 in the carrier and took the dog for a brisk 30 minute walk. I felt heaps better and it really cleared my head. My main goals for this challenge were to eat more healthily and get more active. I've definately cleaned up my eating, so am going to work on getting active this week. Bf'ing is really important to me, and DS2 is only 6 weeks so I really don't want to do anything drastic diet/ exercise wise that might jeopardise supply, so I'll just keep plodding along
A big contrats on all the losses this week. This really is a great supportive little group to be part of

I went out and walked with DD in her pram as well and agree with you Decemberbubba, it really does wonders for my mood and makes the whole weightloss thing seem easier to achieve.
jb23- sorry to hear that you're unwell, what sucky timing
Well I had my second FB shake and it went down alright.. I diluted the milk with a little water and it seemed to taste better.

Just stopped by to confess that I'm eating pizza. So disappointed in myself
in my pathetic defence, I just got af and feel pretty crappy so I'm treating myself with greasy pizza. Must not have a repeat for the rest of the week!

What a difference a day makes. This time last night I was feeling sorry for myself and pretty miserable. But after a good day today I'm feeling more optimistic.
Today:
Breakfast and lunch were FB shakes, arvo snack was 2 rye cruskets with cottage cheese and tomato, followed by another late arvo FB shake. Dinner was a warm beef mixed salad of rocket and spinach, grated carrot, cucumber and tomato with fat free Greek yoghurt/garlic dressing. I was going to put it in a wrap but opted for just the salad and it was more than enough, very tasty and filling.
bubbles21, it's OK to have a one naughty meal a week I say, so just make that pizza tonight yoursLast edited by ~Marigold~; 27-05-2013 at 19:38.

Everyone is doing so well
and naughty days are okay. As everyone says to me, just pick up and carry on. Don't let it bother you.
I am thinking getting shakes, so I can eat for breakfast and lunch.
Which ones taste nice?

Morning all! I had a terrible week exercise wise but managed to still eat mainly healthy. I weighed in yesterday at 67 exactly so a loss of 500 grams. I'm ecstatic that the scales are heading in the right direction! Goal for next week is 66.
I love how supportive and honest this group is. It's great to know we can share our highs and lows together.
Have a great day everyone!

FlipFlop, congrats on your loss this week! Awesome.
LifeInShadesOfGrey, I tried Optislim a while back- I found the strawberry and chocolate flavours were nice with water. I got them from Chemist Warehouse. It did help me lose about 3kg rather quickly.
So, how much butter can you fit on a paper thin Mountain Wrap? ALOT! It tasted so good last night after dinner lol. Oh well, a new day, my weight up a tad today, I was up at 4.20am with bub so an early start to the day. By the time I walked the boys to school, I was a bit frazzled. Have even stuck a 'baby asleep' sign on my front door to discourage visitors, which I never do. Feeling low today. Just a bit grumpy...
