Good morning lovelies! Just weighed in at 68.5 so this will be my starting weight. My goal for the week will be to see 67 by next Monday. The weather is getting colder and I need new jeans so must stay focused. I will pop in through the day to post what I've been eating to keep me honest

Hi girls, can I join in here? I recently had a miscarriage at 15 weeks and put on quite a bit of weight while pregnant and in my chocolate fueled grief in the aftermath. I'm joining the gym today and had planned on weighing myself and taking measurements this morning so this is perfect timing!

Hi gals - my starting weight is 68.3kg. I've just made spelt,banana,chobani,LSA & cinnamon for breakfast with a cup of tea of trim.

Morning! Starting weight this morning 95.8kg :-( would love to be under 90kg by the end of this challenge. Not off to a great start this morning with no time for breakfast.

Oooh, can I join too? I had bub #2 4 weeks ago and the weight hasn't dropped off like it did with #1, so would love to join a challenge for some motivation

This morning I weighed 76.4. Goal for next Monday is 75. I'll be eating 3 small healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks a day plus aiming for going to the gym 4 times a week. This morning had a cup of skim milk with half a cup of crunchy nut cornflakes. Good luck everyone, we can do it!!

Had good intentions of driving DD to childcare then walking home with DS in the pram (3km) so I'd have to walk back to pick her up rain hail or shine - then woke at 3am with D&V
Not the way I was planning to lose weight but may help to kick start!! Oops
