    I haven't done another test since the negative on Saturday morning. Ultrasound today to confirm it's all out, urgh!

    I wonder if there is a reason not to try directly after a mc, I mean what if you're not even trying and happen to fall pregnant? Is there a medical worry for it I wonder

    My obstetrician said before a proper af chances of miscarriage were higher.. I honestly didn't want to risk another mc if the chances were higher so I took that time off.

    I booked in to see a psychologist today. I've not been handling things very well the last few days. Having a really hard time processing everything with our loss, the surgery, recovering, the fear if what might have happened and the lack of empathy from the Inlaws.

    I'm in to see them Tuesday. I feel a bit better knowing I've made that first step.

    good thanks, well as well as can be exected. Ultrasound showed a small lesion in one of my tubes so the dr ordered hcg levels and they were low enough to confirm i'm no longer pregnant. Which is obviously heartbreaking but awesome at the same time because we were worried about ectopic. Well he was, i was pretty confident it wasn't because i've had no pain, like zip, and the timing was off.
    But either way, all hope for this lil nugget is now gone, and i'm devestated but optimistic. Onwards and upwards... thanks for asking

    I am really sorry to hear about the losses you girls have had recently. I had a d&c a few months back. I too got a referral to see a psych. The loss is absolutely heart wrenching and so often family don't quite understand how badly we can feel. I personally felt like a failure because I could not produce a heallthy baby and completely guilty because I wanted a 3rd child. So many reasons to beat oneself up - and I think mostly because there is this incredible pain and grief which is so hard to shake.

    I will continue to face all of my own demons in therapy, but I wish you all the greatest of love and the reassurance that you are not alone.
