My temp only went up a little bit again today. Starting to feel very hopeless, I think this cycle is going to be a fail again. Totally over the whole process thats for sure

It could be working, 22 days is a very short cycle (and possibly borderline too short)...so a longer cycle might be a good thing?

A little temp increase can be enough

Definitely a good thing. I've got whacked out hormones so no doubt the cycle before was annovulatory. I hope I have some regularity now but not getting my hopes up. Wish I could tell if I o'd. If I took my temp when in my cycle do I start it? And does it have to be at the same time each day?

You have to take your temp as soon as u wake up. Before you get out of bed Etc. I started temping mid cycle to practice for my new cycle.

Thanks 4 that. I'll have to get a thermometer tomorrow. I'll start temping after af finishes.

Mine just came in the mail today! I had been using a normal thermometer up until now. They sent me a free pregnancy test and a free opk too!

You should start temping from CD1 to get the most accurate cylce pattern. You temp in the morning when you wake up as close to the same time each day as possible but it must be after at least 3-5 hours of solid sleep.

You need a basal thermometer. They give you a 4 digit reading and are more accurate. Eg. 36.24degreesc
