I have had a pretty good weekend. Kids weren't here and I avoided take away, but I didn't cook either so didn't eat. Lol
Last night I went to work and it was a dinner function so 8 hours of walking fast, holding drinks trays and carrying plates, pushing trolleys full of plates, cups, they weighed a ton! My body is aching from head to toe and a stir fry was made tonight, so I should have a loss this week, hopefully.

We had Korean on Friday.... Then chocco fondue..... Followed by lots walking at a wedding expo today but I'm doing a squat challenge and cut down on my serves! I haven't weighed myself but I squeezed into my size 14 jeans uncomfortably! LOL!

Monnie24, i can't wait till I fit in my size 14 pants again!!!
Weigh in day for me today: 3kgs in total gone now! I feel so much better already just focusing on healthier eating choices, have decided will increase exercise after I have lost first 10kgs!
Chilli con carne tonight, weight watchers recipe.
I REALLY need to make this work this time so all of you need to keep me motivated!!!

Fell off the wagon tonight. I was tired and couldn't be bothered cooking so we just had steak and chips.
Tomorrow I will do better.

I weighed in again today....mind you I weigh myself every few days lol just haven't been happy with the numbers until now. 106.3.
I went to aqua on Saturday and had fun. It stirred up my knee though so I've been limping around a bit. Hopefully it'll get stronger.

Even though I am still recovering I feel like I have been doing ok. I have had another 2kgs come off. Now just resisting the urge to send DH down to Maccas for a McFlurry

Origin = insanely bad food choices. Mersey valley cheese and crackers (half a block :/), chips, smoked salmon, a different cheese platter, choc bikkies and 4 cans of Pepsi. After a big bowl of tikka masala for dinner.
I have yuck feeling reflux and feel so gross
I get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow and won't be eating after 6 tonight so given my teeth coming out, I guess my body will have a little time to detox over the weekend.
