    Yesterday was so not a good weight loss day for me. DH made tomato, ham and mushroom croissants for Mother's Day breakfast then last night DD (with DHs help) made crumbed zucchini and eggplant for dinner and DS1 (again with DHs help) made super chocolate Oreo brownies for desert. But I did get a walk in the afternoon and completed my 70 squats. I have my weigh in at the Dr's on Wednesday to get my last Duromine script I can't see it going well

    Weighed in today! I lost 500gms this week yay! So I'm down to 94.5kgs. Gonna try even harder this week and hopefully pull a kilo or close to!

    Well I ate cereal for breakfast, boost banana bread for lunch and chicken veg for dinner, no snacks and did five km on treadmill. Yet to find time to start this squat challenge

    Five km done today as well.. Starving this morning so had poached eggs on toast. Playing basketball tonight, that's usually a pretty full On fifty min workout too. How's everyone else tracking?

    I need to loose around 30kgs

    I purchased a ww magazine today so am using that as inspiration to do up a meal plan and hit the shops tomorrow when I get paid!

    Urgh I've got to get back into eating breakfast I've been really bad and just having coffee...

    It's been soooooo cold at home I've not been getting up early to exercise. I need to find my motivation

    Had my weigh in at the Dr's today another 3.5 kg gone which is good but because its not quiet the number they wanted my dosage of Duromine has been increased for the last month
