    Default Join me in losing a lot of weight?

    Hi.. Ok so ds2 is six,mths old. I jacked on about 30 kgs ttc and preg. Have lost about 10 kgs so far. 20 to go! And i would love to achieve this by sept. Then i want to re evaluate. After ds1 was born i was 150 kgs. I am quite tall but this was waay too much. I lost 53 kilos by ds1s first bday. even though i was just,under 100 kgs, i was a size 14 & loved the way i looked, im tall and big boned. im now just,under 120 kgs. I guess i would love to get to 90 kgs by christmas. So, anyone with a fair bit to lose like me? Wana be support buddies??

    Me! I am currently 130kgs, but not tall so it is way too much really. I would like to start ttc #1 towards the end of the year or early next year. I would like to lose around 30kgs by January 2014. What are you doing to lose weight?

    I eat porridge for breakfast.. Or rice bubbles lol, they have sugar but low calorie count and i love em lol. Lunch maybe a wholemeal sandwhich w low fat cheese or tuna or egg and for tea whstever the fam is having, like maybe stirfry, but tonight i had a kiev lol. I drink.water or diet pepsi. If i snack, which i dont a lot, i have a cpl of shreaded wheat biscuits or a banana. I try to do five km a day on my treadmill too. Oh after tea i have a yoghurt or a weight watchers choc mousse. Last wk i lost 1.4 kilos, week before 500grams so varies.

    I'd love to join you, I've gained 50 kilos since falling pregnant 8 years ago.. I'm worried if I don't do something now ill
    Gain another 50 kilos I'm the next 8 yeas.
    I'm 110 I was 116 when I started paying. Attention.

    First goal 100kilos
    Final goal 60 kilos or back the the size 12 I was before falling pregnant with DD
    I'm only 162cm tall so need to lose heaps to look healthy.

    Can I join?!

    I have 30kgs to lose. Been trying to lose weight but its hard with PCOS. Hoping that losing weight will help my body do its thing and hopefully we will conceive! Ive been using African Mango. Ive lost 2.4kgs in 3 weeks, so getting there slowly! Would love to have a support group!

    Current weight: 95kgs
    Goal weight: 65kgs

    I would live to join. I have 60kgs to lose and it's making me so depressed and unhappy because I just can't shift it. I have a huge problem with portion control. I am terrible at eating small portions and also I eat for the sake of eating. I have to stop but just don't know what to do or where to go and no one in person to me is there To help. Even DP isn't supportive. sigh.

    I had huge dinner plates so went and brought a new set. Smaller plates and bowls, can you try that or even just buying one smaller plate for yourself?

    I'd love to join too. At my heaviest I was 120kg. I went back down to 118 and sat there for ages. Since the start of July last year I've lost roughly 11kg. It's slow going but I really don't want to put a time limit on it. I'm only 156cm talk so I have a crap load to lose to be in the ideal weight range. I'm not one to stick to diet and exercise either so what I've lost is basically down to my body balancing out a bit.

    The things l've done so far... I haven't set foot in McDonald's, kfc, hungry jack's, red rooster or super rooster in nearly a year. I used to frequent those places (except for hj's) all too often. I went from having soft drink, usually coke, most days to very rarely having any and it's barely ever coke. I started working as a cleaner so I'm sweating my butt off most days lol. But I think the thing that has helped me the most is going vegetarian. I honestly couldn't believe just how much of a difference it made. I still eat junky type things most weeks at least once a week but I'm still steadily losing. Gotta love that.

    Oh and we just bought Zombies, run for my phone. Gaming a fitness in one lol.

    Ive made a rule that there will be no junk food of any kind stored in our house. The worst thing we have is Pepsi Max in the fridge and thats it. My fridge is filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, my cupboard has the bare minimum in it aside from packet pastas and tinned food for DF to take to work for lunches.

    Ive been using African Mango so I drink it one hour before breakfast and dinner and still eat a healthy small portioned meal. I need to drink more water so have been trying to get onto that. I bought myself a steamer which I love! Been using it to steam veggies and chicken, its great I can just chuck it all in there and let it go till its cooked. I threw out my deep fryer and if I make chips I make them from scratch and use the oven to bake them with a tiny bit of spray oil.

    I think the key is to just start making small changes here and there and not all at once so it isnt so overwhelming
