    I buy us scotch fillets if I'm cooking at home, and I'll get an eye fillet if I'm in a restaurant.

    I don't know really? ..it depends what it is plated with...u enjoy most steaks really. I well cooked kangaroo steak is pretty awesome too!

    Any steak as long as its on my plate T-bone for me even though I end up cutting off the tender fillet for the kids . My fav homemade steak sauce is
    Cream, field mushrooms, garlic, bacon, shallots with a splash of woistershire sauce.... YUM!

    I like most steaks. I usually buy Porterhouse to have at home, I love scotch fillet but do find it too fatty and hard to eat because the fat runs through the middle. I prefer eye fillet when doing a roast but its expensive here, so it's a rare occasion.
