I was breastfed my DD exclusively till a month ago, she's 7 months now. we started solids and I have been since trying to give her formula in a bottle. We are going overseas without the kids for 2 weeks in 2 months time and everyone thinks its best if she gets used to formula in a bottle.
She hates it at first and will only take 10-50 mls a day if she's in the mood, but for the last few days she's got the hang of it and has been drinking 150 ml before bed! I am glad she's drinking finally, but I feel sad at the same time. She usually falls asleep sucking on my boob but today she fell asleep sucking on a bottle! I felt so so sad
