Hey that's great news! I unfortunately are not as fortunate with no pregnancy and my 4th round of stimmed IVF failed. I hope that dr Norman will help me. But we will be asking straight out what are our chances as I don't want to be doing this if it is all in vain. It's too traumatic. But I could chromosomal problems? Who knows but with my low AMH and antithyroid antibodies I don't hold much hope. I'll let u know how it all goes...

Endo appt results
Hello groupies! I had my specialist appt with some surprising information! My specialist does think I will get pregnant eventually! He has given me a number of things for when I do my next round of IVF. Things to address and improvements in treatment etc. plus I have been put on thyroxine!!! A low dose of 50 micrograms
I also need a range of blood tests to check a multitude of things from chromosomal, thyroid function test, tsh, heaps of different things! He even suggested surgery to check properly for endometriosis and if my tubes are blocked just to rule it out. My cholesterol and blood sugar etc was perfect. He thinks I'll get pregnant naturally

Hey Laurs, I also wanted to ask u if you had any initial side effects from the thyroxine? I felt really strange in the throat/neck area and my tonsils and back teeth/jaw felt strange and started producing a bit of flegm :/ it was really weird! Even my neck swelled up a bit!!! It lasted about an hour and then I went back to normal pretty much!! Hmmmm. I have a blood test in a few weeks to make sure it's not too much of a dose. So yeah, just let me know if u had any odd stuff
thanks xxx[hQUOTE=Laurs;7628361]Great news Schloz!! I have everything crossed for you!

Hi
Hello girls!!
I am new here and TTC since last 2 years.
Have undergone 1 fresh transfer and 2 FET's. All BFNs
I do have hashimotos with antibody count of 280.
Laurs, can you tell what type of naturopath treatment are you taking.
I mean what medicines and lifestyle modification is followed by you?Last edited by hopefulgsn2014; 17-05-2014 at 20:16.

On the advice if my naturopath I cut down on wheat and tried to follow a more gluten free diet. She gave me rehmannia tablets to take as well as a tablet for thyroid support. I took vitamin D and also fish oil. The other thing I did was castor oil packs to help clear any scar tissue I may have... Finally I tried acupuncture and not sure if it was a coincidence or not but the following cycle I got my BFP. I am now currently 36 weeks pregnant. My OB has said they won't let me go beyond 39 weeks due to the antibodies but other than that my pregnancy has been complication free.
I just had my bloods done so will get the results on Tuesday - will pop back in here and let you know the numbers.
Good luck!

No I didn't go completely gluten free - just cut out pasta and bread mainly.
