I agree with del, your body will usually do the same thing most of the time. The luteal phase usually doesnt change either, if it does it will only be one day either side

I marked a green line at the top of my chart to indicate the temp I should get on 10 dpo if I matched my previous temp change from 9-10 dpo. I don't know why. Just bored I guess

It went down. It's still above the blue line on my chart, but I'm not confident. It's the exact same temp I had at 11dpo last cycle. Oh well, if AF arrives this week I'll be able to enjoy a couple of drinks with friends on Saturday instead of making some excuse for not drinking or pulling the old pretend to drink trick.

Can you predict when AF will arrive from charting your temps? If so, what are the signs?

I could be wrong but I think you can predict AF when you have falling temps after the initial rise post ovulation.

My chart didn't really do anything different until 14dpo when I got my bfp. I also got an 'af temp drop' at 13dpo but my temp went back up the next day! I seriously expected af to turn up at 13dpo.

Becca...your cycle *could* be another 80 days...when you don't o your cycle can follow a similar pattern to when you do o (so af turns up at about the same time) but because you've had an irregular cycle very recently its hard to tell what will happen. You're still taking vitex right? Fx that will bring on af soon.
