    Default Foods to encourage fatty milk

    Which foods should/ or have you eaten to help encourage fatty milk.
    I eat fairly heAlthily but bubs always seems hungry.

    How old is your bub? Early on they feed loads which helps build supply. Also, they do t seem full for long as bm is very easily digested you can try a lactation cookie recipe to help build supply too

    I'm feeding by so usually 2.5 -3hourly.
