Default MODS - can I promote a charity event on the hub?

As the title says, can I promote a charity event??

Great cause, close to all our hearts. I am marching next week for the white ribbon foundation. White Ribbon is a charity dedicated to support those who are victims of violence including domestic violence. This is a landmark corporate event and is due to feature on Sunrise next Friday. I would love to be able to post a link for our cause and also invite my fellow hubbers to participate in our march and also sponsor us as well.
