    Just thought I'd let you know that lil man created an amazing poo explosion in his nappy after lunch. I've never been so delighted to see such a mess!!
    Hopefully it won't be an ongoing saga but he loves prunes now so that's help keep things moving along naturally.
    *my chemist did suggest a suppositry but I can't do it. I'm literally to scared. I know it will help. I'll look at that option next time if it gets to this point again. Hubby will have to do it though..

    My paediatrician recommended Osmolax. It is very gentle and can be added to any sort of drink. It is tasteless, so I had no trouble with my 1 year old having it. You generally get a 'movement' in 1 - 3 days.

    I would definitely cut out the weetbix. I had a friend whose 10 month old baby ended up in hospital due to constipation and they were advised to stop weetbix for breakfast. Weetbix used to constipate DD1, she was about 18months before she could tolerate it.
