    I just didn't realise it took 6 months for cycles to regulate after the pill. I came off the pill in September and had great cycles for 5 months then my pcos showed her ugly face and I'm stuck with super long cycles.

    They say allow time for it to go to normal. I have PCOS too and the times I've not been on the pill it has been all over the place. Once I didn't have it for like over a year! But wasn't trying to get pregnant at the time so didn't care
