My name is Melissa Hannah. I am a fourth year Nursing/Midwifery Student at the University of Queensland practising at the RBWH. As part of our training we are to follow 10 women throughout their pregnancy, birth and post natal period.
As a student, my role would be to provide a continuity of care and support as well as having a familiar face throughout your pregnancy. I would attend your antenatal appointments as well as being present at your birth and visiting your postnatally.
I am graduating this year and for assessment purposes would need Women due before the 1st of October 2013.
This program is completely voluntary, there are no costs involved, and you are free to withdraw at any time.
