A different kind of stupid to most of the others...but I was in a supermarket the other day, and there was a guy having a conversation on his phone:

"nah, I'm not too good. I'm on the run from the cops as we speak. Yeah, there's a warrant out for my arrest"

    Clever.

This was a friend of a friend- she was UTD with her THIRD baby at this time. She mentioned something about the umbilical cord that didn't sound quite right so my friend asked her a few questions. Turns out she thought the baby's umbilical cord attached to the inside of the mother's belly button...to allow air from outside to travel down the cord...to the baby...
Another friend of (the same) friend spent lots of money on getting LCD TVs (not cheap ones!) for each of her children's rooms (3 or 4 rooms from memory) plus one for her own bedroom (in addition to the lounge room tv). Her reason for so many TVs? To save on heating, of course!

A friend of a friend was pregnant and my parents dog was having puppies. She said to my dad "do they come out of her bum hole?" - yes, that's where babies come from LOL!

I knew of someone who justified cheating on her long term partner using the reason that to help strengthen her pelvic floor muscles and reach deep inside to help stimulate those muscles, she needed to sleep with a guy who had a bigger "tool". She successfully convinced him too

an ex friend called me awhile back freaking out that she might be pregnant cos 'she felt weird'

i asked her how long it had been since she had sex.... Her answer was 'last night and i woke up feeling weird'

she literally thought she was pregnant from having sex the night before. She Also didnt know anything avout ovulation or anything. (she was 21 at the time) she was sheltered waaaaay too much!!. She wasnt pregnant in the end.

That's so bizarre! I almost didn't post because I didn't want to offend anyone, like maybe it wasn't actually common knowledge!
