Yeah I get more breakouts around AF time too. Oh joy!

Question for those using OPKs, is it possible to miss the LH surge? I can only test at night as I leave home before 6am each day (and the packet recommends best time to test is between 10am-8pm) so it's 24 hours between tests. CD14 today and no positive yet. I really hope my cycle goes back to normal this cycle, just feeling a bit anxious about my body not working properly, which I know is silly haha TTC is fun!

It may be too early. Are your cycles regular? I didn't O til cd30 this time! Though...I did have a minor surge early on in the cycle and then a stronger one later on. Though my body is confused so who knows!

    Hi Ladies!
Can I join your thread? had a quick read of your replies and had a giggle over the pimple thing. Aren't they horrible! I don't get them very often (maybe 1 every 3 months), but when I do they pretty much take over my entire face!!!

Anyway, DH and I just had a mc last week at 7 weeks due to a blighted ovum. We're a bit sad but know it happened for a reason and we're doing ok. We fell pregnant on our second month of ttc so it's good to know everything works. We're waiting until July to try again just to give us a bit of time to recover and lose a bit of weight/cut down on coffee for DH and give ourselves the best chance. Actually looking forward to the down time. Ttc is hard work and we only did it for 2 months!!!

Welcome cdlion. Sorry to hear your news but looks like you have a good handle on things. I can't believe how common miscarriage is, and I never knew that until we started ttc.
Pimples haven't hit me yet, but I have only just stopped the pill, and it because of acne I went ON the pill all those years ago!
Just started using my opk yesterday. Does anyone have any experience with clear blue digital? Are the cheapy strips just as good? I like the idea of the clarity of the digital, but you read good and bad reviews on everything!

I honestly don't know what my cycles are doing. Just going off the last time I stopped the pill (3years ago) where I had 2 normal cycles, a long one then back to normal. I'll just keep testing daily and something is bound to happen I overthink/worry too much sometimes

Welcome cdlion. So sorry to hear about your mc

I like my clear blue monitor, i read so many mixed reviews as well before buying the unit. Just been looking on ebay wondering whether i should buy more strips now in case need more next month or is that going to jinx me if i were to become pg this month. Keep wondering whether need to buy more preseed as well as had to order that online none of our local pharmacies stock it bought some of that maybe baby stuff which is a little more watery and used only once and it feels like it comes back out instantly as so water (sorry tmi).

Thought my pimples were bad enough when moved overseas got stressed came home had my implant out and my skin has never been worse. It is horrible as i never had pimples on my face as a teenager i had perfect skin. I had pimples on my back but only along the line of my leotards for dance lol.

Welcome cdlion and sorry about your recent troubles.

Had a crap day. Dinner out with family, Nanna had a seizure and is in hospital. She's my best friend. She's stable but keeping her in overnight, I'm just hoping she doesn't get sick in hospital. DH has been awesome but I'm a wreck.

Thanks Lilac - I'm with her in the hospital and she's doing great. Probably in for another night but she's in a nice room and is OK. It's such a shock and so worrying.

Any news from any ladies who have been trying this month? Did our baby dust help?
