Hi Donna, that's so frustrating and I hope you get an answer soon. My last email was with Dr Wiswedel 4 days ago so sorry I can't help with any further info about delays. I often wonder how they negotiate so many cycles with no delay. It will be interesting to see if your hunch is correct!

Also, did any of you ladies ask for karyotyping of donor? Just wondering whether I should ask for this or not and maybe AMH? It feels weird even thinking about the AMH for a 22 year old!! Costs?

Summershine - congrats to you!! Thanks for popping back in :-)

    Have a great Sunday everyone

    Hi ladies, I got unsubscribed

January, could you put me down for a July Treatment Cycle..thank you!!

I've missed so much, I hope everyone has been well. We leave for Cape Town on June 29th and our cycle starts July 1st

I've noticed on my treatment plan that progesterone in oil is used for the TWW, is that available to buy in Australia and if so can my GP prescribe it if I get a BFP? I've only ever used Crinone

Wishmeluck - I can't take credit for the roll call as I think Sunny15 actually started it some time ago. I have merely copied it, edited it and reposted! I think you asked a question about AMH testing? I did this and woud definately advise to do. I know all the donors are in their 20's but my first donor came back borderline so I chose another donor instead with a much higher result so am feeling more confident with her. There is an additional cost, but in the big scheme of things it is nothing.

    Bye for now

Don't panic crystal, they will give you all the meds you need for the next 12 or so weeks while you are there and you bring it back with you. No need to keep it cold or anything so it's very easy to travel back with, they will also give you a letter to carry incase security or customs pull you up.

Thanks for the info January. :-)

Sunny - sorry for the lack of acknowledgment for our beautiful roll call. It really is a big job keeping up with everyone!

Donna - yay for starting soon!!

Well I've paid Sunshine and Contract signed. Now just waiting for donor to sign hers. Request for Treatment sent to CFC and now just waiting for Cyndi to advise re their payment. Phew - busy week and lots of info flying around. Can't wait to hear how donor goes with her tests. I'm having bloods tomorrow, ultrasound next week and prolactin after that. Exciting times!

I hope everyone is well :-)

everyone....I really did plan on catching up on everyone's news and doing personals tonight, but I had a 5am start with my PT who absolutely flogged me...every excise hurt! Then if that wasnt excruciating enough, I had to sit through an all day course titled "Government and Parliamentary Processes" - Yep, YAWN YAWN YAWN!!!

I am exhausted, so a quickie from me and hitting the sack!

So after being in a bit of a holding pattern and not much happening, we now have movement. Cyndi advised our provisional dates - 17 July for first SA lining scan and 24 July for transfer. Im so excited, I could bust!! Plus, Cyndi and Kimenthra both mentioned that our donor responded very very well for her last donation...fabulous!

So I am just waiting for AF to commence OCP, which could be any day now.

Hoping everyone is fighting fit and travelling well.
