Hi ladies, a quick question.
Have any of you taken valium before et? I've been reading on a few other threads that some ladies at other clinics do. Something about it relaxing you and your cervix!
I was wondering if I should see my gp to get a script, but googled and it says you shouldn't take it while pregnant.
I only ask as I have the same Dr doing the transfer as always (Maria I think on Saturday) and it's always painful and she always tells me I need to relax! The more she tells me to relax the tenser I become!!

Congratulations Jeanie!! That is amazing news!! So happy for you. Xoxo
Cheifsgirl- 5 out of 6 is an amazing number!!! Good luck for Saturday. As for the Valium- it's not something that I have heard of, sorry. I know what you mean about not being able to relax though.. I always have trouble.
Sorry I have not been around ladies. I have been admitted in Westmead hospital since Monday. I went to blacktown Monday morning for my usual CTG- and jets heart rte was at 240-250 so I spent the day there on a drip with fluids before being ambulanced to Westmead. So now in even sitting here since. Had an ultra sound yesterday and they have said he has tachycardia. It is intermittent so they haw now started me on meds and hopefully it will calm his little heart and we will be able to go home.
Hope everyone else is well and having good luck in their cycles. Xoxox

Crofty... Woohoo for 20 weeks!!! Half way feels so good!!!
Cheifsgirl- good luck for ET tomorrow!! Fingers crossed this is your time.
AFM- they discharged me last night. They have started me on meds to bring jets heart rate down... And did a CTG and it brought it down and mine and max's was still fine (they were worried coz obviously it will affect all 3 of us) but CTG was best in the ward and professor was happy to send me home. I now am defiantly delivering at Westmead coz even though the meds are working now it doesn't mean jet won't have an issue when he is born. And the heart specialist and thins are at Westmead. Back for another CTG on Monday and then appointment with the professor on Thursday. So keep me on these drugs for a couple of weeks and then take me off and see what his heart rate does. fingers crossed it fixes itself.
Hope you are all planning a wonderful relaxing weekend. Xoxoxo
