    Default bugaboo travel bag..

anyone used one for a bee? i am thinking of taking the bee to melbourne and was wondering how good the travel bag is.. cos it will be going on the plane and wouldn't want it damaged.. or would you not take it and just take a cheap stroller?

I've taken my bee to Germany, Malaysia and the US, as well as a few trips around Aus and can say the bag is great, no damage at all to the bee. It is bulky though if you have suitcases as well, but we just got a trolley at the airport.
I love it because I could put nappies etc for DD in there too instead of bulking out my suitcase!

I've got the travel bag for my bee. It's pretty good and seems to keep it well cushioned.

I haven't used it on a plane yet but I would and will be.

My bee is kept in the travel bag in my car to keep it pristine and fade free

Yeah it's great. Although freaking enormous. If you are putting it in a car boot it really takes up a lot of room.

Yes it's massive! Although I don't know what I was expecting.

I'm not sure what I expected either! It was really great for protecting the pram but in hindsight I think I probably would have gotten a cheap one at our destination.
