My ovary pain has suddenly gone away this morning.. I hope I haven't prematurely ovulated or something.
Trigger 10pm tonight.

Have been 'laying low' since my last post, wanted to take a break from thinking about IVF and it looks like a lot has happened on here. Firstly, I'm so sorry to hear sad news from some of you. I was in a bad place last time I posted, and at the time said I probably would never do a stim cycle ever again (due to OHSS issues), but now a month has passed it does feel like a distant memory. I think when things go wrong you need to take a few weeks out to heal, mentally and physically, before you can make any decisions.
At the moment I'm on day 7 of a natural FET cycle. Being natural means I'm not currently doing any tests/scans or taking any medication, it feels a bit weird that I'm on a cycle and not doing anything! First scan is next Monday, but just my luck, I think the transfer day is going to fall on a Sunday and I'm not sure my clinic does them on Sundays! If they do it probably won't be my specialist.
On a positive note, someone at work announced they were pregnant yesterday, and the news didn't really bother me. Thank goodness because I can't really afford another breakdown at work!!! I feel like I've turned a bit of a corner emotionally though being able to handle this sort of news better than I did 6 months ago. Mind you, I'm at home sick today with a sore throat and no voice, which had better go away before transfer day arrives!!!
Best of luck to everyone cycling and waiting to cycle!

I am on a natural cycle as well and it does feel like nothing is happening. I had a blood test on Monday and my estrogen levels are low and my progesterone levels are high so they are thinking I have already ovulated. I have another blood test tomorrow to see, I will be a lol annoyed if they missed it but we will see. Hope yours goes well

Sariele are you still pain free? I have sore ovaries/ lower ab pain sometimes too comes and goes but nothing major. I find walking around helps. Well I hope your okay anyway and Good Luck with the trigger ect.
Jovoilet I am so sorry, your post was so sad. I really hope you feel a bit better soon and that you are able to move forward regardless of what the future holds (IVF wise or not) I wish you the best.

My last post was a real downer I was never gonna do another cycle and DH and I were going to argue about it. He came up with a solution he is letting me get pets during my cycles. He has always refused and has seen what I did for us and has said it will be a way of cheering me up when I most need it. So I'm planning getting chicken licence and set up ready and getting the chickens when I need the boost. I already had a dog and got tropical fish after the BFN as I already had a tank. I got several baby fish and watching them has been relaxing me and keeping me sane. I also had an appointment with the councillor who was not I but I spoke to the coordinator and the scientific director and they said I can implant the type of cell they disguarded and if any do die I can take them home and bury them or dispose of them in a way I can say goodbye

Hopefully you'll see more follies on Friday, but if your FS suggests you cancel, don't think it's the end of the world. You'll likely do better second time around with doses tailored to you, and although I know this sounds a bit coldhearted, cancelling means you can hold onto your money until you have a better chance at success. When our cycle was cancelled I was so relieved that I wasn't stressing about finances on top of everything else - we had the means to start again when ready.
