    DD was breastfed, she is rarely ever sick but having said that noone in our house gets sick very often. I can count on (less than) two hands the amount of illnesses she's had in her almost 9 years, she's never even had gastro so we've been incredibly blessed to have such a healthy little one.

    DS was mix fed for 6 weeks & ff from then. I can't remember him being ill more than 3 times - and even then all he does is run a temperature and get tired.

    DD1&2 were ff from 10 days, are almost 6 months & between the two of them we've had one blocked nose.

    that sounds about right, my boys get sick every 3mths but having four it seems they are sick all the time.

    My DS was breast fed for one month and he is rarely sick. He hasn't been sick in about 9 months. There was a couple of months while he was going to daycare one day a week where he had 4 ear infections over a 3 month period but that's pretty much all he has had.

    DS1 i tried breastfeeding for about 3 months and was getting nowhere. I had been supplementing with formula from early on so kept that up. He hardly ever gets sick.
    DS2 was solely breastfed for 2 years and he gets sick all the time. I've noticed it's settled down since starting school so fx it stays that way.

    Couple of times a year, occasional little sniffles. Jasper breastfed 3 years, katelyn 13 months and counting...

    I get sick (colds etc like they get a sniffle and I get sick) more often than they do. I suspect they *suck* the energy out of me to hold them off. Lol.
