Default progesterone levels while on pessaries at 7dpo

So this is my first cycle of Ovulation Tracking with FS due to suspected short luteal phase of 8 days.

non medicated until O at CD22. started on 100mg progesterone pessaries at 3dpo.

    Started spotting at 6dpo.

Had my 7dpo progesterone test today and was 69.

I know this is high and a good level, but wondering how much the pessaries may be boosting the level.

I'm still spotting, feel just like non-progesterone cycles and am waiting for it to all come crashing down in a few days with AF.

Just wondering what others progesterone levels are at 7dpo while on progesterone pessaries, did you get spotting and did you still get AF early.

    THANKS!!

I have always been told that the progesterone supplements don't show up in the bloods.
