Thinking back to two Mothers' Days ago ~ I was in hospital with threatened pre-term labour, which had been stopped with medication. Resting the day after the ordeal, and a kind volunteer came in with a card saying,'Happy Mothers' Day'. I told her I wasn't yet a mum (of course I was, I just didn't know it yet), and naturally she gave me the card anyway. It made me cry (with relief that my bub wasn't born a mini-micro-prem), it was such a lovely gesture and I still have it.
I found out today I'm going to blog for BH ~ yay! I'm SOOOO excited!

Went to the bank with my husband today, opened a new high savings interest account and put in our first $20 towards a deposit on a house. It was birthday money my Grandmother gave me so it's good luck! Then we went home and made a fortnightly deposit plan for the next 5 years so we should be able to look into buying by our 10th wedding anniversary. I should have been back to work a couple years by then and we'll be 30 and 31. *exciting*

I thought I had lost an expensive bracelet my dp got for me when we first started dating. I usually leave it in my jewellery box cause the clasp is a bit loose but I decided to wear it the other day, went out to a shopping centre, got home and realised it wasn't on my wrist anymore. Figured it was long gone. But I just found it in my bag, it had somehow fallen in there. Lucky!
Actually awhile ago I lost a ring out bush 3 hours away. Thought that was long gone too, but somehow the ring showed up in dps bedroom the next day.. I hadn't been to his house since before we left, there's just no logical explanation for that one.. Except that I'm very lucky lol
