I started raspberry leaf tablets at 32 weeks, and I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. Last Thursday I was already 3cm dilated & lost my plug, have been having cramping so think active labour isn't too far away.... Bub has also been engaged for a few weeks.
Whether that's anything to do with the raspberry leaf or not I don't know but it seems to be going well so far!

I've started the tea every second day at 30w and will move to everyday at 32w.
I did that with my first two - #1 was typically slow, but #2 I had great effective contractions. both times I recovered quite well though & that's the aim.

Yeah I was thinking of starting the tea at 30 weeks and upping it slowly, just not sure when to start the EPO

I took the raspberry lead tablets last time from 34weeks & ended up being induced at 40weeks due to high BP. I didn't use evening primrose oil but had a friend that inserted it & went into labour on her due date =) I plan to use both this time around! Anything to help =)
