I'm trying to track my water intake (mainly because i want to stay hydrated so i don't get hyperemesis again).
What's the best app you've found that tracks water intake?

MyFitnessPal is good. You can track water intake from your mobile and continue later using your PC as it syncs online.
It's really good tracking food intake and exercise.

Im more after one with a little icon up the top, or an alarm or something that reminds me to drink water, is there anything like that?

I usually use a repeating calendar entry to remind me to do something. Then I snooze if I haven't done it yet or dismiss if I've done it.
A quick search shows an app called "Water Your Body" which appears to have a reminder.
